Yoga has taught me how to
to explore parts of myself that I was conditioned to conceal and numb. It has also taught me to recognize where I struggle with my feelings/experience and given me tools to move through those feelings with practice.
As a result, I've developed a healthier relationship with my mind, body and spirit that allows me to cultivate inspiration and creativity for myself and others

This unique yoga practice is a sensory soulful experience that allows you to builds strength, length, increased stamina/energy, and develop a sense of connection.
Inspired by the philosophies of the Hatha yoga tradition, Yoga by SimpliCita entails classes that are guided by traditional Hatha practice, Yin fusion and deed relaxion and restorative practice.
Classes are offered indoors and outdoors, individually or in in groups (see schedule)
